ORVANTRO ("the App") is a business and inventory management application designed to help users manage grocery stores, food retail businesses, products, inventory, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, and financial records.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how ORVANTRO handles information when you use the application.

1. Information Collection

ORVANTRO is designed to operate completely offline. The application does not collect, transmit, or share personal information with the developer or any external server.

Information entered into the application may include:

2. Offline Operation and Data Storage

ORVANTRO does not require an internet connection to operate. All business information is stored locally on your device.

The application does not use:

• Firebase services.
• Third-party analytics services.
• Advertising or tracking networks.
• Automatic cloud synchronization.

3. Camera Permission

ORVANTRO may request camera access to scan product barcodes. Camera access is used only when you choose to use the barcode scanning feature.

Camera images are not uploaded to external servers or transmitted to the developer.

4. Photos and Product Images

The application may allow you to select images from your device to associate with products or business information. Selected images are used locally and are not uploaded to external servers.

5. Financial and Business Information

ORVANTRO provides tools for managing sales, purchases, customer accounts, supplier accounts, payments, expenses, inventory valuation, and financial reports.

This information is stored locally and is not transmitted to the developer. ORVANTRO does not independently access bank accounts, credit cards, or external financial services.

6. Local User Accounts and Security

The application may provide local user accounts, PIN protection, and role-based permissions. Authentication information is stored locally and is not sent to an external authentication server.

Users are responsible for protecting their devices and access credentials.

7. Backup and Restore

ORVANTRO may provide local backup and restore functionality. Backup files are created when initiated by the user.

Users may export or share backup files using Android's available file management and sharing features. The application does not automatically upload backup files to cloud storage.

If you share a file using another application, that application's privacy policy applies.

8. Data Sharing

ORVANTRO does not sell, rent, trade, or share users' business or personal information with third parties.

Information voluntarily exported or shared by users through other applications is subject to those applications' privacy practices.

9. Third-Party Services

ORVANTRO is designed without integrated advertising, analytics, or cloud data collection services.

Android system features may be used for selecting files, printing documents, and sharing exported files. Those features are subject to their respective providers' policies.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Users control the information stored locally within ORVANTRO.

You can manage your information by:

• Editing or removing supported records.
• Using available application data management features.
• Clearing application data through Android settings.
• Uninstalling the application.

Clearing application data or uninstalling the application may permanently delete locally stored information. Exported backup files may remain separately on your device or other storage locations.

We recommend creating a backup before clearing application data or uninstalling the application.

11. Children's Privacy

ORVANTRO is a business management application intended for business owners, store operators, and business personnel. It is not designed or marketed specifically for children.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable measures in the application's design to help protect locally stored information. However, no local storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Users should:

• Keep their devices protected with a secure screen lock.
• Avoid sharing application access credentials.
• Protect exported backup files.
• Maintain regular backups.

13. Internet Connectivity

ORVANTRO is designed to function without an internet connection. Its core features, including inventory management, sales, purchases, financial records, barcode scanning, reporting, and PDF generation, are intended to operate locally.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes in the application or applicable legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Since ORVANTRO does not collect or maintain users' business records on developer-controlled servers, the developer cannot access, retrieve, modify, or delete information stored locally on a user's device.

Users can manage or delete their locally stored information through the application and Android device settings.
